Unlocking the most precise satellite tracking on the planet.
Satellite laser ranging (SLR) has long been the gold standard. We’re bringing commercial and resilient SLR to satellite operators.
01 / Ground
Foundational operate a global SLR network
Our ground stations fire laser pulses towards satellites. By timing the round trip, we range satellites within millimetres per shot. We build the stations, run the end-to-end network, and offer SLR-as-a-service. This changes SLR from a scientific endeavour to a commercial advantage. SLR-as-a-service so you can focus on mission operations.
02 / Space
Retroreflectors: the answer from orbit
Foundational offer a product line of three Laser Retroreflectors (LRRs), each optimised for large-scale commercial deployment and a wide array of different mission types. No power, no electronics, no pointing: a station can range the host from horizon to overhead, through commissioning, safe mode, and after end of life.

03 / Data
The full orbital picture
Every data point flows into Origin, Foundational’s online data platform. Users can pull normal points and full-rate data in TDM, CRD or JSON formats. Orbit determination and propagation provide high-accuracy ephemeris for your satellite and constellation.
